Bucket seat stuck down

The seat is folded down and won’t come back up, it gets stuck about 30% on the way up and won’t budge. Any suggestions? 2021 tahoe

Usually this means where the seat folds forwards, the clips haven’t all engaged.
Fold the seat forward and slam it down. It should begin working again.

It actually won’t fold forward, the right side latch will not disengage. Very frustrating.

Check to make sure that a safety belt hasn’t been caught in the works.
