I recently (a couple months ago) replaced my front belltech endlinks because one side had a broken "washer" on one side(specifically the part that sits above the polyurethane bushing and below the middle shaft thing). I ended up replacing all the bushing and the whole endlink assembly because all those parts come in a kit from belltech.

Upon inspecting the sway bar and end links a couple days ago, I find that the lower middle "washer" things on both sides have somehow made it past the middle shaft part (see picture). I have contacted belltech, but am awaiting a response. I essentially don't have a working front sway bar because of this.

My questions is: has anyone else had this problem with belltech sway bar endlinks? I am concerned that these will keep breaking or sliding up if I replace them again. I remember thinking there was not a whole lot of difference between that middle shaft outer diameter and the inner diameter of the washer, so it could slide up fairly easily.

I use Energy Suspension endlinks for my DJM swaybar with no issues and some extreme driving. You might just switch to them.
