Brake upgrade/retrofit?

Does anyone now if the 2018 Sierra 2500HD rotors and calipers will bolt onto a 2018 Tahoe? I know the rotors are bigger [360mm(F) / 350mm(R) VS 345mm(F) / 330mm(R) ]... or are the spindles different?

Otherwise would the 2019+ Sierra calipers fit, given that they fit onto the NBS and NNBS chasses?

Upon doing some research it appears that 19+ Silverado/Sierra or 21+ Tahoe/Yukon 4 piston front rotors/calipers will fit, along with dual piston 00-06 NBS rotors/calipers.

The 2500s brakes are very different. Why do you want to change the original brake system?
