Black Box

When I open the compartment on the back drivers side that holds the jack, I see a black box towards the back of the vehicle? It appears to be right next to the sub-woofer. Is this an AMP? Was just trying to figure out what is in this box. Thank you.

I'm pretty sure that's the black plastic factory sub box you are talking about...

Amp is usually under center console or behind glove compartment, that whole panel can be removed and you can look back there. It's about 10 clips and it comes out
