Bearing time

I'm getting ready to swap out the rear bearings out on my 2007 gmc Yukon. What bearings do you guys recommend? Also does my vehicle need bearing seals? And last but not least when I took the fill nut off of the rear end to check the fluid level I had metal shavings or metal grit. Is this bad?

And yes metal in gear oil is bad
