Battery light

Came on a day or two ago. Blinks intermittently. Needle shows 9 volts. Then after driving a bit, jumps back to 14 and all is well. Serp belt feels good and snug. Battery and alternator tested at 13/14 volts. Light was not on when test was done. What is it that's failing or not connected?

Replaced alternator. All is better now. Thanks for the tips.

I'm missing a post or something...I thought I read alternator tested OK?

Took it to autozone. Tested alternator and they said it was fine. Took it to oreilly and they confirmed autozone doesn't know what they're doing.
