In the great tradition of "will it blend" I'd like to try and play a game of will it fit. I've talked to a dozen shops in my area who will not "return" any tires I buy from them and pay to have them mounted and balanced. I'm hoping to maximize my tire size but not run into any rubbing issues. Here are the stats on the setup:
Truck:
2009 2WD Avalanche LT
Lift:
ReadyLift 2.25" front and 1.5" rear lift
Rims:
22" Boss 315s
Width 9.5"
Offset +20
I'm hoping that I can fit a 305/45/22 on the truck. ReadyLift claims I can go to a 33"x11.5" tire on a 9" rim. The 305 is a 32.81"x12.01" tire. If I dropped to a 305/40/22 I'm going to be back down to the stock diameter but much wider. What are you guys fitting on these trucks?
So I ask all of you: Will it fit?
