Ashtray/console paint pealing

Hey all
My new/used 05 Yukon Denali paint on the center console/ashtray cover is coming off.
Has anybody else seen this problem?
Can it be repainted?

They all do it. common for a soft paint. I bought new parts of ebay. I dont have time to sand.. prime.. paint, etc

the top og my dashboard os starting to do it...not replacing that. does the factory have some touch up?

Dealerships Do not Carry interior touch up paint.
