Are these headlights worth it?

Just wondering. Im sick of my stock headlights being yelowed and fogged even after i use a headlight restore on them. So for $100 i can get all the lights in the front end shipped to me...Worth it or no?

What's the worst that will happen? They leak or the adjustment is a pain in the ass and you're out $100, still got a few decent parts out of it

IMO.........NO!

I purchased some just like that a while back and wish I had saved the money and did it the right way. I had the set for a year and the head lights fogged up and leaked, then the lenses broke off and I tried to fix them by using some silicone to glue them back on.

The parking lights and corners are ok but if it were me, I would save my money and spent the extra dollar for some nice stuff.

I just redid everything on mine for around $300.

the xenon bulbs their talking about are just that. Bulbs. they are halagon bulbs with blue paint (or a coating of somesorts) on the bulb. it blocks light and makes seeing harder. If you want to get HIDs do it either by putting an HID kit in (for about 75 bucks from ddmtuning.com) or get the TYC HIDs. They are 250 but worth it and then some. I can never find the link but I know other people have bought them and love them. Hopefully one of them has the link.

i wouldn't get them, but its your $.

if you want to do it right, pick up a set of these (or get the non-HID TYC housings that are cheaper)

I like those parking lights, I did not notice in your thread about painting them that they are white LEDs. Are they blueish compared to the TYC HIDs?

Nope, pretty white. They are not as bright as I wanted though. The seller said there was three rows of LEDs but I can only see two. I might open them up and replace the LED's. That is, if I don't ruin them.

You do not have to get those, you can purchase the TYCs without the HID kit for around $150 den purchase HIDs down the road when you have more money. Then move on to your parking lights and corners.

I second that. Buy the headlights first, since its a safety concern. Then down the road get your bumper and corner lights.

That sucks.

I have LED bulbs in mine from and they make my HIDs look yellow, was wondering if if was the same case with these, I like how it resembles the LEDs in the new Audis.
