Any noises coming from the rear hatch?

I have an '09 Yukon with a power rear hatch. When I open it, it makes a humming noise as the actuators open the door...sounds like a damn transformer. I took it to the dealer, and they changed out the motor/actuator, but the noise remains. I haven't heard this noise on any other Yukon/Tahoe, and they are trying to say that it could be the additional features such as the rear camera that affects the weight of the door, hence the noise.

Anyone else have this issue?

Every vehicle we have owned with power liftgate makes a humming sound before it opens and chimes. It's normal.
