Any ideas for a Police Suspension on an 04?

I have an 04 LS and work in the law enforcement industry. I love the way the Police Tahoes sit and how they handle. I know there are kits from Pedders for NNBS but not the NBS.

Any ideas where I could find the conversion pieces for the NBS?

My recommendation if you want it to twist better would be as follows:

Eibach sway bars front and rear
2/4 drop with bilstein HD shocks, 2" drop spindles, belltech 34324 coil/extension kit
Z71 Tahoe front bumpstops

Additionally a 1.2L increase in displacement via LQ9 awesomeness as well as a set of electric fans and a custom tune from Justin @ blackbearperformance would make a huge difference in power.
