Another tear in the bolster

Does anybody know anything about preventing seat frames from tearing through the foam padding and through the seat cover? I'm about to replace the driver seat cover on the Tahoe again because the bolster has a tear in it again. I want it to be the last time. I'm thinking about wrapping the frame, but in what?

Kinda confused do you mean the foam coming out the bottom of the seat?
