Are there better alignment specs, vs. OEM specs., for vehicles with (small) lifts? I'm running the Bilstein 5100s on the highest setting. I did get an alignment recently after replacing some front-end parts, and it drives straight, but feels more twitchy than in the past.

I swear there was a post from within the past year (I've tried searching high & low) that had some alternate alignment specs. for GMT900s that had been lifted, and it included pics.

I just have the 1.75-2" lift via Bilsteins, not some crazy 8" mall-crawler build. Would his info still be applicable?

@Charlie207 That isn't a crazy amount so any shop should be able to do it. All they need to do is run the factory spec which just specifies what angles the tires should be contacting the road

Funny little update:

Driving around the last few days and I thought I was going crazy, but my steering wheel started to lose the ability to stay centered, and started pulling to the right under braking... wtfdotcom?

I pulled the front-driver's wheel and started poking around, and found the UCA rear/right-side nut was loose-ish... certainly not the ~137lb/ft the manual calls for. I could see bare metal, and it looked like the camber plate had slowly moved over time/hitting bumps. I put a long wrench on the bolt-head, and cranked it back up until the plate aligned with the marks in the mounting tabs on the frame, and went for a drive.

It was 90% better, and took another tweak to that one camber bolt to get teh steering and braking centered again. I checked all the other nuts/bolts on both sides, and they were all gootentight, so it was just that one loose camber bolt messing with my sanity... never going back to that shop again.
