alignment question; 03 Z71

Hello all. 105K miles, no mods.
We put new shocks all around 5K miles ago. Had an alaginment 4 K miles ago. Truck driven easy and 99% on road.

Both front tires cupping BAD on inside indicating 'toe-out'. Why? nothing looks like it is bad under truck. We just had this done and the tires are shot. I run 35 psi all the way around. Any ideas why this is happening or do we plan on a alignment every 3500 miles.

Truck rides good, doesn't really pull or shimmy. we are in south Florida so the roads are pretty good.

Rotate. I cross rotate ever oil change. This will minimize cupping and give more of a even wear on all edges of the tires. Unless you have directional tires and then its a front to rear rotation only.

What is the reason for running your tires so low? That can affect tire wire as well. What is your max psi on the tires you have?

Hello all. I did rotate them about 4000 miles ago. The problem persists. Previous poster mentioned "low" air pressure. I run them at 35 PSI. The door jamb says only 30. They are Bridgestone all weather (stock size) tires. I want to put all terrains on it, but am afraid they may wear out too quick.
I have read about ball joints, idler arm and tie rods all wearing. Yes, it has 100+K miles and these all appear to be the originals. Should I be planning on ripping all this out and freshing up the whole front?

To me it sort of sounds like you need a proper alignment done?
