I have a 99 tahoe with an aftermarket alarm. My question is how or where would I tap in to to make the interior lights go off when I arm my truck? The factory keep pad did it and I just can't figure out where to look.

Thanks

Its the Light Blue wire above the accelerator pedal at factory relays, this also triggers the doors to pulse lock.

You wanted them to go OFF. Sorry I thought you ment to trigger them on for a delayed time.Do they not turn off after a short time or is it they are triggering the alarm because it thinks the door is open? If the latter can't your alarm be programmed with a dome light trigger delay? My clifford avantguard allows such programing. What make and model alarm do you have?

It is controlled by the body module and I think the delay is 40 seconds if that helps. Most some body contol functions can be altered. You may want to ask a dealer service dept. about that. In any case good alarm manufacturers try to work with it.
