After replace tires, relearning tire pressure sensor won't work.

Hello my friends and specialists. I have one problem. I had a set of 4 Summer rims and had to replace the tires. So as we stick them back on my Thaoe I had no problems with the tire air monitoring system. But we had to move the front rims to back and back to front. Now I was starting to relearn the air sensor. But now my problem is that, I not getting them back in display. I was doing the proceed by pushing relearn and start unflating from the position left front but nothing happens. So I try to inflate them. Starting again. Then I use my sensor tester as shown in the picture. Also here nothing want work. I was lower the pressure from 34psi 2,5 bar down to 1,6 bar. No beep. One time I had one situation that in time I was inflate the left front tire the one beep comes and the signal switch forward to right front turn signal. But also there I was unflate the tire for more then 40sec nothing happens. I was try to use tech2 to find the ecu but I have no idea under witch step I would find the tire monitoring system.. So do you have any idea how I could relearn the sensor and solve the Light in dash also the information "service tire monitoring system". I am no at the end of my experience.
