Aeroskin bug deflector? Anyone have one of these installed?

Just picked up an AVS aeroskin bug deflector/hood protector. Didn't download the instructions ahead of purchase and after unboxing see that it adheres directly to the painted side of the hood...

Wondering if anyone else has one of these installed and whether things get trapped underneath like i'd expect them to. This does NOT seem like a hood protector but more of a hood damager wtf?

Turns out to be a great looking shield and is holding up great. Not seeing anything trapped under it so far.

You should not see anything trapped under unless was there at the install. The worst part, IMO, is after some time goes by the edges will get dirt eating at them and they turn dark and show, unless you are meticulous about keeping the rig clean.
