Adding steering wheel audio controls to 08 Tahoe LT

I was wondering if anyone know how to add the audio controls to the steering wheel on a 08 tahoe lt?

What parts are needed? If you have oem part number that would be great!
Is it plug and play?
If not what else is required?

The part number for the controls are 15819311 for the 07-08 without phone symbol and 25851951 for the 09+ with the phone symbol. I'm not sure if the wiring is already there or if you would need a new steering wheel harness. Maybe someone that has done this will chime in.
