Adding factory air shocks to non air ride Tahoe

I searched and can’t find a discussion about adding replacement air shocks to a non air ride 2019 Tahoe LT strictly for load carrying purposes.

Has anyone done this and if so, do they work well? I can add my own small compressor to manage the air for them.

I think that the more common practice is to put air bags in the rear coil springs and then inflate/deflate as needed.

Aftermarket will be easier to integrate rather than retro fitting factory style air shocks, unless the wiring and mounting provisions for everything is already there you will have a lot to do.
