adding bluetooth phone support AFTER purchase

My 2015 Tahoe did not include the bluetooth for phone option. I was wondering how difficult it would be to add it. Is it feasible to add it after the fact? Is it just adding adding or swapping out a radio module (like on some Chevy Equinoxs)? Does the steering wheel have the correct wiring already? It looks like I should be able to pull off the cover where the phone buttons would be and snap in a new module.

I think you can add the module then you may need to have it programmed in by the dealer, not sure what else may be involved

That module is tucked up behind the glovebox, held in place with a couple of clips.
