Oh gotcha. As far as that, no i dont have them but my buddy who i always work on cars with, his father is an HVAC technician ( recently retired ) and he has all that so im sure he would be able to come by and do that part with us. Ooooor, theres a harbor freight down the block from his house so i could always pick them up. But now if im buying all these parts and tools, i might as well pay someone who knows what they are doingWell, anytime you open up the HVAC system moisture has been introduced into the system and that needs to be removed before you can introduce refrigerant again. So the manifold allows you to connect to the vacuum pump, evacuate the system and then re-charge the system with refrigerant.
