AC BLOWING HOT AS HELL

So I recently replaced my ac compressor, accumulator, evaporator coil, both passenger actuators, ac head unit, and did the relearn procedure. Ac is still blowing hell flames in the front. At this point I'm lost for words and any ideas on what it could be.

Also manually moved the door and it still blew hot as hell.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm going to assume that you evacuated the system for 30-45 minutes with a vacuum pump and then used a manifold to introduce the proper amount of refrigerant into the system by measuring the weight?

If so, what were the gauges saying? Did you triple check all the connections under the hood?

System held vacuum for an hour. All connections are tight. Harnesses plugged in. But my gauges are reading this which is weird.

I have it on the vacuum pump once again to triple check for leaks.

Both valves were open and the compressor was engaged with these readings? My first thought reading this thread was that the new compressor is no good.

Maybe something there could help or be a clue, just hope you get it I just had to repair mine luckily was just a burnt up ac compressor clutch it’s getting to hot to ride without ac.

It’s possible to get bad new parts I’ve had it happen before multiple times so I kinda can agree with swathdiver

I'm hoping it's not bad new parts. That would suck. Still have it on vacuum. I'll post back once I'm back at the lot.

Held vacuum , now compressor is not kicking on. Grabbing a new pressure switch before I attempt this compressor again. All fuses are good as well.

New cycling switch was put on and fixed the cycling issue. Now I'm certain it's behind the dash.

What door or what could be causing me to get heater core air only? Both actuators in passenger side were replaced and relearned.

Did I forget something along the way of assembly?

Didn't have this issue before. Only issue I had before was hot on passenger and cold on the other. I would just unplug the actuator when both sides blew cold to keep it like that but now I have this going on.

Fixed my issue. Temperature Control Actuator. Sits right on top of the box behind the little cubby on the dash about mid way.

You'll need someone with small slim hands.

I had to drop glove box, remove passenger side airbag (disconnect neg batt terminal before) then "WE" were able to get it out.
Turns out the position was wrong.

Also figured out you can repair these acutaors in less than a minute just by repositioning the gears inside..

Hopefully someone else who has this problem doesn't have as much trouble as I did.
So.....
Drivers side actuator: under dash on left side of the box controls defrost and floor.

Temp control actuator: located behind dash, behind center vent and cubby.

Blend Door Actuator: passenger underside of dash next to center console.

Recirculating actuator: near firewall positioned vertically. Center closer to the the right side.

Did the old compressor come apart? If so, the orifice tube would be clogged with metal debris.

Compressor was fine. Oraphice tube was new as well. It was was the temperature Control Actuator behind the dash. It was stuck open for the heater core.
