About to start light mods, what setup should I go with?

Going to do 5000k HIDs in my 07 Yukon soon and was planning on following that up with switchbacks in the turn signals and 3000k fogs. I have my reservations about this being somewhat "ricey" though I think it would be pretty functional. My other option was going with 5000k fogs and either doing the switchbacks or leaving the turn signals alone.

Thoughts? Recommendations? Pics will help greatly. Thanks.

This is going to be a preference thing. I can tell you it's hard to get LEDs and HIDs to match in terms of color. I've had 6000k, 5000k, and 4500k. The older I get, the more I like whiter lights.

Same here. The Buick I had when I was in high school had what I can only call blue lights. Now I just want something brighter and easier on the eyes.

do a retro or keep the halogen bulbs.

That'd be great if I could and i appreciate the feedback. I'm not going to dump money like that into it, at least right now. Light scatter be damned.
