99 Hoe question

A friend of mine noticed a rotten egg smell , when I went WOT at a light the other day and I too have noticed both a slight smell here and there as well as a loss of power and mpg which I've been assuming was because of the change in Fuel for the winter. My question is can I have a "Performance CAT" installed on my tahoe with stock exhaust, if so could someone tell me the size In/Out I would need , or better yet the exact CAT I will need so that I can just order the proper part offline and save myself some $ from not purchasing it from an exhaust shop?

As long as the converter is street legal in your state it is fine Magnaflow make a converter bolt-on assembly that is just lovely.

In mi we actually don't need have emissions so I could get away with not having one at all.
