Question-rear bumper. The plastic piece that has the cap, were you stick the rod in to lower the spare tire. What is this called and the part number, and were to find? New, not junk yard. Thanks Jerry

And you’ll need the lock ring for the backside that holds it in place. You’ll destroy it removing it.
