I have a 96 Chevy Tahoe 5.7L.... I replaced the starter 2 months ago and it was running good... Today i went out to start it and got nothing... No crank no click no start. I checked the battery cables and had the battery tested but that wasn't the issue. When i used a test light on the under hood fuse box i found a peculiar situation... The 40amp crank fuse is only receiving power on 1 side and in addition, the ecm-1, eng-1, and ign fuses aren't receiving any power at all... I changed all the fuses with the same results... After some searching I found a post that suggested replacing the ignition switch which I did and still the same thing.... All the accessories work and the battery is measuring 12.7v... I was going to attempt jumping the starter to rule that out but I have a suspicion that isn't the problem... Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
