#69 fuse spec

Hi all
I am missing #69 fuse in my fuse box. I have all sorts of diagrams but none tells exactly what size fuse is it? All I know it's J case fuse. Anyone can shine a light on that? Yes, I do have appropriate button in the climate control unit.

heated wiper fluid was subject to recall, they really didn't have a fix so they cut the harness off and pulled fuse.
there are aftermarket solutions out there if you wanted to restore the function
