6.2l Throttle Body Spacer???

Anyone running a throttle body spacer on their 6.2l? Is it worth it? I have seen them on Ebay from $40 for a knock off to $140 for a Poweraid? Any thoughts? Adds are claiming anywhere from 1-4 MPG and anywhere from 10-30Hp?

If they're anything like the ones for the 5.3 or 6.0 (or 4.8 for that matter) they are a complete waste of money and are utterly useless unless you just want to add a whistle to you sounds upon acceleration.
