I'll keep it short, did a search but didn't see anything exactly like what im wondering...
Lets say i built a 6.0 SHORT BLOCK - nothing crazy but could I take that short block...bolt EVERYTHING from my 5.3 on it...
heads
intake, throttle body and all other parts attached to it
front accessories
a/c compressor and everything for that
etc etc
On to that short block?
I would get new headers and new water pump, timing chain..etc etc....but could that be done without being a pain in the rump and running into a bunch of issues?
I know stuff is interchangeable from the 4.8-5.3-6.0 but IDK if this is worth.
What are my goals?
mild cam, rebuild the stock heads with springs, lifters rods im sure..etc etc...maybe use the stock intake for ease of fitment issues.
I may be crazy but when Im bored at work this crap runs through my head lol.
