2017 Tahoe 3rd row 60 seat will not lay flat, this is the driver side seat. Worked fine the few times in the past that I have used the 3rd row, and now the 40 side will go all the way down and the 60 side sticks up just a little. The actual seat, not the seat back, is the problem. When I activate the 40 side seat retract button you can see the seat lower itself just a little when the back lays down, but the seat will not go all the way down with the 60 side. The seat back folds all the way, but the seat does not. Has anyone had any experience with this, or maybe knows someone who has. Thanks.

My 19 does this from time to time.
It needs weight on it.
I shifted a 12" single sub box on mine and it lays flat.

I also had this issue and discovered that it was partly that weird belt holding it up. The motor doesn't like any resistance - did you check that?
