2016 Tahoe LTZ 3rd row seat.

I can't get the Rt. Side of ouyr 3rd row seat to fold down. I have cleaned under and all around so nothing is blocking anything, when the switch is pushed it seems to want to activate but will not fold in. I have disconected the seat belt and stowed it. Is there any type of manual overide or am I going to have to get it to the shop?
