keys will ride very bad at 2.5 inches and camber also.

Do the a arms and you can crank them up and will align. also ride is much better

When cranking keys you dont want to go past 2" in any direction. Like tony says it'll ride like crap.

Go thru and make sure you have all the tools first and make sure you have at least one buddy that will dedicate his weekend to help you. Trust me I did this same drop on my 2001 suburban this past weekend and it was a nightmare trying to do it by myself in my driveway.

the hardest bolt for me to get to was the upper shock bolt on the passenger side. All the rear ac lines are in the way an the bolt is tucked away. Dont remember the size but I had to use a long offset boxed end wrench. Also when you cut the drivers side bump stop off, watch out for the fuel tank! When you put the zerk fittings in, the 90deg one should be installed on the bushing closest to where the torsion bar goes in each arm, and should point towards the ground. I installed mine in the ball joint just to find out after it was ll put together that I cannot access the straight fitting I had put on the back of the A arm, lol. I had to use a vise and a little grease to get the steel sleeves in the shocks. Also had to sand the sleeves for the front shocks, don't know if that was an isolated case but the ones I got did not fit between the ears on the A arms. You could probably prep the shocks before the install day to save you some time. Install the sleeves and make sure they fit between the ears on the arms. I think the arms come with new bolts for the front shocks too. But you use your old hardware with the rear shocks. I have edited this post like 4 times already adding little bits, lol.

If you have any questions and cannot get Tony, feel free to text me and I will try to help you out. 8044796050

GOOD LUCK! :D

Really the only problem we had was getting the a arm out of the spindle. Other than that was the time restraint we had.

---------- Post added at 11:02 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:59 AM ----------

can you take before/after measurements of
ground to fenderlip height?
also your tire size.

I like to keep a chart here of the kits i sell plus install and tire sizes to give myself and others more feedback when choosing a kit.

Scraping what? Tire or exhaust? tire no prob and exhaust no probs either. only thing i scrape is my hitch on a steep hill other than that no issues with anything.

$180 is a super good price! All my local shops are expensive. It was like $200 just to replace my stock muffler with a super 40. I want your setup except out the back stock location with black tips!
