25 HC Tahoe, hands free calling

I have one person that I've had several conversations with, while driving, and they tell me they hear static on the line. On my end they sound very clear. Both times the AC has been on and the blower motor was on 1 / the lowest option. I have had some other calls and they didn't mention any static noise but they might also not say anything to try to 'be nice' but I will absolutely ask next time I get a call.

The person that says they hear static called me in my 2020 tahoe and never mentioned the static. When I call this person from my phone, they say there is no static, the only time they mentioned static, I was in the 25 tahoe.

Anyone else experience this/similar?

I called someone, today, and asked if there was static. They said there was no static when I spoke but then the static starts to slowly build up.

I have to assume, right now, that maybe it is road noise and when I start to talk some type of noise cancellation kicks in. I guess the next test is to call someone while parked and see if the static is there.
