No new updates guys... The wheels are currently at the powder coater, and they've been there for a little over a week. These are just more size comparison pics I took. The rim in the picture is my spare, which I won't bother powder coating. It's amazing how aggressive 24's look compared to the 20" stock rims. I'm sure I'll get even more looks once the wheels are on.
I'm seriously considering adding a 2" leveling kit. It'll definitely minimize and make a significant difference in the amount of trimming I'd have to do to get the wheels to fit. It's just a matter of finding the exact kit I need for my MRC SUV. I measured the height of the top of the tire to the fender well both front and rear, and there's a significant difference in height. I checked the "Lifted" forum but didn't find any definitive info on the availability of a kit for the 2022 Yukon AT4's w/MRC. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open.

Got the wheels back from the powder coater today, and they look AMAZING... the Atturo tires I currently have aren't cutting it, so I'll go with these RBP M/T tires. I'll add more details to the rims by adding a color matched pin stripe on the hub. I ended up leaving the center hub with the brushed finish with a tinted clear coat to match the matte chrome front grille and tailgate trim. That'll complete the look I want to achieve. After that, I'll decide on a lift/leveling kit to add, then take the truck to a body shop for the fender modifications.

Picked up the wheels from the shop today. As you can see, I went with the Rolling Big Power M/T tires instead of the Atturo Trail Blades. Although I really love the aggressive design of the Trail Blades, they may be a bit too wide on the rim. The RBP's aren't as wide as the Trail Blades but that should help my case when modifying the fenders and making turns.
I gotta say the powder coating came out very nice. They disassembled the wheels with no problem, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg (under $700)... Now the real fun begins. Getting these suckers to fit.

Maybe, but I will certainly try my best to get these to fit by whatever means that I can. Before I bought these particular rims, I already knew what would be involved when I took on this project - so that doesn't scare or worry me.

Those are not unpopular wheels for 1/2 ton GM trucks. I know the suspension and wheel wells aren’t the same…..but what is required on those trucks to fit them?

You could put a 12” lift on there and would still need to remove a good portion of your fenders
With a leveling kit, well, you will just need to remove more lolllll

I ended up ordering the 3" Ready Lift SST today. The salesman said they should arrive at their warehouse in two weeks, and I should get mine a week later. I know things don't always pan out like you envision, so I'm probably looking at late July/early August for a best case scenario.
After I install the lift kit, then I'll face whatever challenges I come across to further get the wheels on.

Christmas came early today, and I got the lift kit. I wasn't expecting it to arrive so early, but it did. I already made an appointment to install it next weekend, so I should start to see some results.
I did another test fit of the wheels with the new RBP tires today, and it's a huge difference in clearing the bumper/fender. So, that's another huge plus. Once I add the lift kit and test fit the wheel again, I'll have a more accurate estimate of what I'll need to do to the fenders once and for all.

I will, once I have an idea of how much of the metal I'll need to cut. That's only after I have the lift installed and wheels on to do another test fitting.
I only did a test fit today because I had to return to the tire shop to pick up the original Atturo tires I bought, and I had some free time. I didn't know about the lift arriving today until after I made it back home. Otherwise, I would have had them install the kit right then and there.

Would you consider more lift so you would not have to cut? Or would you need an extreme amount of lift to avoid cutting?

I don't want an overly tall SUV, so I'd rather cut, cut, cut away if the lift kit doesn't "cut it".

I'm with you, not into the tall SUV look. And with those wheels/tires it is going to look on point when it's all set.

It depends on how much cutting is involved. There didn't appear to be much cutting towards the front bumper when we tested it at stock height, but we'll see once the lift is on. It may be less.
The rear fender and the step will definitely need some cutting. There are bolts holding the end cap on the step, so I imagine it can be unscrewed. From there, trim some of the step, drill a new hole and bolt it back on.
