Not for the want of starting another useless thread, but when I was looking for wheels, there were very few pix to come by, so for anyone considering the swap, here they are on my '02. Oh, and they replaced my 22" Devino wheels which did rub, and the 24's don't (yet...).

It's got autoride, so the 2/3-4 lowering kit is in hand, but haven't had time to install yet.

Tony at TBSSOwners.com made quick work of my order. I got the Falken Ziex S/TZ-05 in 305/35-24 from Discount Tire for $270 per shoe.

I don't know why anybody would want to put those wheels on a Tahoe.....just kidding they look really good. The TBSS rims are made to be on there!

Victory Red, correct.

That color has actually kept me from selling it on a couple of occasions. Apparently it was only available on fleet orders, and mine is fully optioned. Not that i'm looking for any restitution in the end, just that the color alone gets many comments from passersby, and I really like the look.

I've looked to sell it now a couple of times in the last 6 years, but can't pull the trigger.

I love the look of many of the Hoe's on the board, but Fosscore has done an impeccable job on his, and I can only hope to add my own flavor, and mimic others that have done all the research for the rest of us.

Yeah good color. Honestly I had to look it up, but it struck me instantly, hence my search. Just do not see it around me that often. So many directions to go and with those TBSS you are on the right track.

Thanks for the compliment. Check out my build thread. Lots of good info there and I grabbed so much input from the other guys around here to get my Tahoe to where she is now. Pretty happy with it.

Ditch the flares, molding and running boards and your set.

I'm kind of partial to the black, as it's just a little different than most. I'll probably remove the molding though.

Now, if I go with the SS style front bumper wrap (which looks damn good, I think), I'll have to color match the arches.

Still not sure about the running boards....

Much better wheels! Now SS bumper, painted HD grille and hood, Esky vents, mirrors, rollpan or denali bumper cover all colormatched. Ditch roof rack, flares, moldings, and boards then it would be a neck breaker.

LOL, my wife can't stand a dirty driveway, so she's taken that task on routinely. Not always easy with a lot of 100+ foot cedars around the house.

Not sure if that's the way I am going to go on this. Clean it up a bit, lower it, add some larger sway bars (probably Eibach), and call it a better daily driver. I have other hobbies that cater to the more sinister auto-enthusiast needs:

It's always fun to look back and see how everyone's 'improvement's' transform the look over time. Just lowering it, and adding the Spyders and the Esky Vents make a huge visual impact to the 'hoe sine I originally started this thread.

Yeah the build threads are a great look back. She is looking good. @05Single doesn't like the blue and that red just pops!

Nice to see some new pics.

Definitely ditch the door moldings...i think the color match boards and flairs would set it off no matter what bumper you have...im working on getting 24" factory replica denali rims for mine...i love the way yours sits with the 24s
