With all of these frigid temps in the n/e. The heat and defrost climate setting have been getting used.
Today I had the truck out and half hour into use the passenger side everything was still blowing cool to cold air. Defrost center console and feet were all cold. Drivers side was warm to hot. Anybody else experiencing this? The operating temps for radiator was 210 tranny was at 140. I tried switching between heat console, legs and defrost. No changes on front passenger side. Rear was warm/hot. I was playing with everything. I had seen this in the truck before but wrote it up to not being hot yet. I did notice on the day of the snow that the windshield defrost and wipers were getting an icy build up.

I eventually hit the sync button and then the recirculating button. The recirculating setting seems to have done the trick. The passenger side got warm/hot.

Does that seem normal? Any ideas?

Have had sim but intermittent issues in my ‘25Z71, no idea on cause but will try your solution on next occurrence.

The solution was a temp fix. That I stumbled upon. Same problem today.
Im putting her in a warm garage in case something froze in all this cold.

I was hoping someone had a real fix or solution

I tried to duplicate the issue on the wife’s 25 Tahoe. Hers works fine without issue.
But hers was in the garage for the storm and the week after.

My 21 Suburban will not change passenger side temps after many key cycles. I just have to push the sync button and it is fine.

That’s what I did, accidentally, but I don’t think that’s the way it’s supposed to work.
