2025 Yukon XL 5.3 rear AC blower not operating

hello. I am in need of some master electrical help.
Rear blower is not coming on.
There’s is 12v to the blower and the pipes are getting cold but the blower doesn’t turn on. The small wire to the fan which I believe is the can control wire never has voltage on it.
The rear control panel talks to the main screen fine. No error codes.

Yea, don’t worry. We have tried every setting possible.
Could the solar sensor affect this?
The vehicle is currently in a workshop can’t be driven. Maybe there’s a timer only after so long of driving it flicks on?
