Just picked up our 2025 Yukon Elevation yesterday with the LZ0 DuraMax and would like to have the DEF gauge showing on the DIC at all times while driving? Can anybody show me the steps to do this? Also how do you change which other gauges you want displayed or where they sit in the chosen display in the DIC? I read the manual but it is pretty small and I did not see anything related to this.
Was easy to do on my 2022 Yukon SLT!
Thanks

2025 tahoe 3.0. I’m trying to figure out the same, how to customize the dic screen. The dic has about 6 screen variations you can scroll through. I would like to drop 2 or 3 of these screens, quicker to scroll through the screens I use. Second, I see how to customize information, add to the dic, on the screens but it appears it’s only one box. On two of the screens you have info on the left and on the right. The customization only comes up on the left side when you have two boxes. I would like to affect the right side box.

OK, after spending 30 minutes with OnStar who was of zero unqualified help, I drove back to my dealer and got somebody that knew the system pretty well. No way to delete the display templates and you can only add one item to the display! The gauges/icons themselves can not be moved and on the display I chose the large speed number in the center now gets moved to a smaller number on the left and the DEF gauge is now in the center. According to the dealer person that is all you can do, seems pretty backwards from my 22 Yukon which allows you to put things where you want them. You have to go into the Infotainment screen select settings then Vehicle Status and follow instructions from there if I remember correctly.

You add the different gauges from the main screen.

Depending on the display you picked some have more information displayed than others. I believe the screen with the tach and speedo have the most data to be able to be displayed.

Or you can have every gauge displayed in the giant screen and then move your maps to the little screen.

If you think your 22 was more customizable your doing something wrong.

I want to see the trans temp, the tach, DEF gauge, etc and the speed in the center with large numerals. Not possible in the 25 but sure was in my 22!

Yes, I realize that, but you have to push buttons to get to the screen that shows that, who wants to do that when you are on a trip with navigation going? I want to see all the gauges at all times. Hopefully GM will come up with a software update that will allow this!

You can have the navigation in the gauge cluster. The whole map not just the directions. The cluster is almost as big as the old main screen was lol
