My brand new 2025 Yukon AT4 has an issue with the large center screen. Sometime the large screen just doesn’t boot up when engine starts. It stay black. I loose ability to control A/C and radio and all else that screen controls. I can see the screen is on because there is a glow to screen but nothing on it and touching it does nothing. I’ve talked to 2 dealers and neither have seen the issue. The selling dealer did a software update and there was an over the air update since and nothing has changed. Anyone else?

Maybe if you haven’t already done it yet but disconnect your battery cable and let it set for about 30 minutes before reconnecting to reset everything, worth at least a try with nothing but time to lose. Hope this helps!!

Looks like a host of software issues being worked...you may have to wait...but I suggest going to your dealer w/ the issue and showing them.

Does anyone know if there has been a TSB to address all these software issues yet? Considering trading for a 2025, but this gives me pause.
