2025 GMC Yukon Elevation Paint defects?

I would expect some flaws in all sorts of areas, if you really get to looking close. Paint drips, debris under the paint and just flat out shoddy spots are all very common.

Maybe MAACO gets a bad rap for nothing, sounds like they're on the same level as OEM lol

I could give two rips about other manufacturers problems in this discussion, because it does not pertain to Chevy not backing up failed paint jobs of hundreds of thousands of vehicles.

I get that. But the point was that all manufacturers have issues…switching to another one is just going to get you different issues.

Did you sell off the harley for a honda?

I guess no point in starting a new thread. The same defects on our 2025. But what I wanted to ask, is, whether it's true that orange peel is worse now, due to water based paints and rush to cure? Pains me to say the orange peel reminds me of when a vehicle gets repaired at a body shop. Only difference is image/reflection isn't blurry. There's no way our vehicle was in an accident and repainted, we custom ordered it and got it days after it arrived.
