2022 Tahoe Premier ANC question

I am about to add the escalade subwoofer enclosure, with and aftermarket sun and amp like in this post

I don't quite understand how to know if i actually have ANC or not and if I do, how to bypass it.

There appears to be a fair amount of confusing and conflicting information on this topic. It depends what sound system you have and where you pull your bass signal from.

My 16 speaker center point getting signal from the sub high level out of the amp I did not need it. If you use a door speaker and have ANC you probably need a bypass harness.

Your best bet is to find your RPO codes and cross reference a site that sells bypass harnesses.

I don't think the 2021+ have ANC, so you don't need to worry.

I have the 10 speaker with sub.. so pulling the signal from the sub sounds like a safe bet

Yes sir. Personally I’d either order the ANC but install everything without it, leave the panels off, DRIVE IT on the highway make sure you don’t have feedback then return it so you don’t have to disassemble again. Just because I didn’t need it doesn’t mean you won’t buy. No sense spending $40 to lose your ANC for no reason.
