My 2021 Yukon XL Denali 4x4 is leaking again from the drivers front axle seal where it meets the diff. I have 59k miles and this is the 3rd time in 1 1/2 years. Its been fixed under warranty but it seems like every winter when auto 4x4 is engaged, it starts leaking again. Is it common to have a plugged vent tube, or axle wear where the seal sits? I had the same issue on a 07 Tahoe back in the day. Anyone else have this issue and found a solution?

No, but get it back to the dealer ASAP beforey you hit 60k...your powertrain warranty should cover it.
Maybe ask the tech if the axel is worn or ill fitting...killing the seal.
I've got it scheduled to go in at the end of the month. That's a good idea. Hopefully the axle is not worn with that amount of miles, but who knows. Maybe they can put a redi-sleeve on it.
