Just did a long trip thru several western, US states in our 2021 Yukon Denali and the navigation froze as we neared our 1st destination at 25miles to go. Not only navigation but entire console screen and control and apps. None of the physical buttons (such as home or on/off) had any affect. It was 'crazy' as it was at 25miles but 5-10 miles later we're starting to suspect it's not working! Note: We were in a no cell/internet area.
Pulled into the camp spot and after shutting the rig off and restarting the engine, things reset! Phew! The console/navigation has worked OK since (about 10 days).
At first I was thinking the electronics were fried and it crossed my mind that maybe rig wouldn't even start or least expensive repairs were looming - but relieved it seems just a glitch. Perhaps related to no cell/internet?
Anyone else experience a navigation/console freeze?
