I have a 2021 Chevy Tahoe RST with no accidents 8K miles only.

For the 2 months or so, every single time after 15 min of driving the following warning signs come on, and won't turn off until I turn off the car and start again.

FOWARD COLLISION SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE

SERVICE DRIVER SYSTEM ASSIST

I recently added a lot of third party technology and wiring such as.

- 2 Front LED bars (hardwired directly to battery) mounted underneath bumper, see attached photo.

- 2 Channel Dashcam (hardwired to fuses)

- Baby Monitor Camera (hardwired to fuses)

- Rear Digital Mirror Wolfbox (hardwired to fuses) I unplugged and removed factory rear mirror, not sure if there's a sensor on the factory mirror, as of now the wire is loose. I believe the wire is for the antifog.

- Changed reverse/turn signal and brake bulbs to LED with resistors (still getting "Check Bulbs Sign")

- I also added a front bumper license plate protector (BumpShox) not sure if that's blocking anything. See attached.

Dealer is telling me he can't touch anything until I disconnect everything I did, all the cameras and bulbs. I'm trying to avoid doing that obviously.

I tried unplugging the battery (negative only) and re plugging after 5min to reset. Didn't work.

I tried replacing the F11 fuse. Didn't work.

I tried cleaning the exterior windshield in front of collision camera. Didn't work.

Any advise on what I can do or try before unplugging everything I've done?

Changing the battery for a performance one perhaps?

Welcome to the Forum from NH.

Lots of knowledgeable folks here who freely share their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. Knowledge is power.

I hope that you will become a participating member in the Forum's discussions.

I don't know exactly where the sensors are located on your model year, and it does not look from the photos that you are blocking anything.

Someone more familiar with your model year will chime in.

BTW, do you have a quality bi-directional scanner? If not, I recommend that you get yourself a quality bi-directional scanner to add to your tool box. Then, you will be able to read ALL trouble codes, along with a brief explanation/pointer to the source of your issue. You will also be able to reset/delete trouble codes, after taking corrective action. You will literally save thousands of dollars in diagnostic and repair costs over the life of your truck, and you will most likely recoup the cost of the scanner within 1 year.

Welcome

You have blocked or disconnected a sensor or camera, that the same message you get when snow/ice covers the front end

Location
Sunny and Snowy Minnesota
There is radar in the lower front on the left, think right in front of the driver, plus all the parking sensors in the bumper. Probably can figure it out if you go to the GM Parts catalog and look up bumper.

Google search with string "location of front radar 2021 tahoe" popped up a lot of information.

One of the rectangular plastic covers. Approximately where the tow hook would go. I believe that’s where the sensor is located.
