2019 Yukon XL No Rear heat

My 2019 Yukon XL has no rear heat. HVAC fuses are good. Where should I start looking? Grand kids are getting cold.

Tell us more. Does the blower work, as in pushing air? Won't switch from cold to warm?

This might really get better results if it was moved to the 2019 section instead of the 2007-2014 section?

yes and no
functionally there are the same, the difference being the k2's have all digital controls
diagnosing with a scanner requires a mid-to high level scanner, a tech2 wont work
visible check is the same procedure i.e. pulling the rear passenger panel and checking the blend door actuator
