Inside edge of front tires is wearing significantly faster. Took it in for alignment and camber is still out but was told that it’s not adjustable in the 2019 Yukon. Is it true that the camber cannot be adjusted? Was it likely the toe was causing the issue or will the camber continue to cause me issues?

The toe was out and now in spec, according to the sheet. Someone telling you that the camber is not adjustable is just a lazy good for nothing idgit. Demand money back and take to a reputable shop for correct adjustments. Pretty close to "0" camber is my guess for the preferred setting but a good alignment shop will know. Where did you take for alignment and you need new tires.

Welcome to the forum.

Whoever said that is a liar and the truth is not in him.

This is toe damage and or lack of timely tire rotations and or hard driving in the city. I once had a bad upper ball joint that took 50K miles to do half the damage done to your tires after timely rotations.
