2018 tahoe backup camera

New to this site,
My back up camera wont shift off once put into drive from reverse. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?? Thanks in advance.

have you tried removing the negative battery terminal for a couple minutes? When my intellilink acts up sometimes thats the only thing that fixes it
