Just to clarify your statement, ..."it's a class problem" was wondering if you possibly meant, glass problem?It's a class problem with these backup cameras and to date I've not found a fix.
No, meant a class problem as I said, affecting pretty much all 2015s through 2020s to one extent or another. There's been several threads here dealing with it. Cameras get replaced and it improved squat. My 2019 is terrible also and I finally gave up trying to fix it.
Yeah, Ive been doing some research this morning and there's plenty GM owners with camera problems. Im going to try a couple things to repair & diagnose. that rear hatch interior cover is not easy to remove, they made these things super super tight, probably to help prevent squeaking.Good advice! I watch the video also if that back patch interior looks like a ***** it'll be a while before I get to it if I have to replace the camera
