2017 Tahoe..Liftgate issue

Hey Guys, new here. I apologize if I have missed this somewhere, but could not find anything in my search.

The power liftgate on my '17 Tahoe will only open about a foot and then stops. It can be manually raised up beyond that, but the power close function does not work at all. Any thoughts?

Not sure if that has anything to do with the power close not working, but is the knob in the ceiling console set to "Max"?

Yeah I've tried it on both settings with no change.

Lift gate actuator. There is a TSB, just do a Google search and see if your issue is one described in the TSB. Good luck.

My 2019 was doing that same thing. The dealer replaced the actuator under warranty and also told me that they "replace a lot of them".
