2016 suburban outer tie rod?

Just did leveling kit on wife’s 16LT suburban Noticed passenger side outer tie rod felt like junk didn’t notice inner to bad. Just wondering if I should replace inner as well as outter since already going in there and the outer has already failed. Also wondering if should do drivers side as well all opinions welcome.
